Ms. Kramer, a partner, represents closely held and family owned businesses in all stages of business formation and transactional issues, from guiding clients in choosing the best business entity to providing strategic planning for the acquisition, sale and merger of closely held and family owned businesses. Kim is also experienced in all aspects of commercial and residential real estate transactions including leasing and purchases and sales. She has represented several clients in the development of major condominium projects from the acquisition of land, through design and construction, to the formation of a condominium association and the sales of individual units.
